Update:
I told him I didn't feel well cause I am a girl and being a girl sucks. He told me that krill oil helps that kind of stuff and said he had some on him if I would like some. I kinda laughed and said no thanks I'm not really into that kinda thing (meaning all of his crazy natural remedies) and he no joke said,
"Yeah I'm not much either."
"Ok Mr. Overdosed on Oregano."
"Hey I'm severely allergic to that, I'm never taking it again. I threw away the bottle."

There is a valid use/benefits for krill oil (omega fatty acids), but for being a girl cure, only if it's applied externally.
Severely allergic? Suggest that he tell management that they need to buy an EpiPen for him, just in case.
