I really hate the misuse of the word "belief". Knowledge goes way beyond mere belief. You can believe that Santa is real all you want, but you have no real evidence that he exists.

We don't have to merely believe the Big Bang theory is real, we have knowledge it is because of REAL repeated and tested and falsified experimentation and peer review. Science KNOWS it is true. Just like you don't have to merely believe your parents are real, you  know they are because of repeated interaction with them and you can prove they exist so therefor you know they exist and don't have to merely believe they exist.

I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
