North Korea will threaten to turn Washington and Seoul into a "sea of fire" or something like that, then everyone will just laugh and stop caring again, as usual. It's funny how they think the world takes them seriously.
The 25 million plus residents of the Seoul metro area take him pretty seriously. With good reason I might add. By some estimates Fat Boy could have half a million artillery rounds dropped on the Seoul area in an hour. Throw chemical, biological and nuclear weapons into the mix, and we could see death tolls the likes of which we haven't seen since WWII racked up in a matter of minutes.
