He he, Big Grin

Ok, gotcha now.

But Hitchens did use fancy words, like "ardent" and "contrarian", which is fine, if you are giving a speech at Oxford or Yale. This website isn't as formal.

I loved him, but the only book I could get through without a dictionary was "God Is Not Great", the rest of them were wordy and sounded more like he was trying to write a Shakespeare play.

When I was twelve I spent six months confined to bed. When I ran out of things to read Mom gave me a dictionary. I was ebullient.

Why would it have to be an either/or situation?

I find palindromes to be occasionally mildly amusing, such as poop or ABBA - but I repeat myself.

Hannah would agree with you, except that she died so young.

Ok buddy, me, you, under the highs school football field bleachers, 3pm! NOBODY PUTS ABBA IN THE CORNER!
*Shakes fist* Put em up, put em up. I'LL SHOW YOU, I'LL SHOW ALL OF YOU!

Smarty pants!

I had a palindrome once, but went to the doctor, got a shot for it and it cleared up.
