I replaced the read tyre a couple months ago and am just waiting until the weather lets me replace the front one during a weekend.

I am a starting to see a little a bit of the abs showing. Almost there with my goals. Go to ramp up the cardio.

Guys ignore the scale. Ignore it. Rather measure your waste line.

Muscle ways more than fat. And when your hydrated, you weigh more.

You fluctuate 3-5 pounds depending on the time of the day, how hydrated you are, etc, and muscle ways more.

The more exercise you do, the more vitamins you need, and the more protein you need, as well as you going to need some fat to burn fat. 

If you eat too little, your body will starve and save almost every damn calorie to fat and you will feel tired.

Maaaannn the world is out to get me.

Trying to not go back to the unhealthy lunches I always did before getting pregnant but geez it's hard. Not only do they taste better but the prices are better.

2 weeks worth of yummy noodle lunches bought at once and stored in the cabinet so I never forget lunch: $7.80

Three days worth of healthy salads and such needing to be bought every few days, has a habit of forgetting them at home: $18

Yeah, eating healthy is a strain on the wallet. It's ridiculous, because it shouldn't be like that.
