Great! Stressed and busy, but great. Glad to hear you're still on track with your goals.

I have no ideas how much I weigh. My wife used to have an eating disorder and we aren't allowed scales in the house.
Which sucks for me.

I may have to buy one and hide it under my bed like people used to hide their porn stash.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

That's great to hear! Hopefully I will have abs again, I got them for a brief week, then ate way too much unhealthy food!

Or keep one at work/trusted friend’s house?

I don't want to jinx it, but I stepped on the scale last week and found that I lost 2 pounds. After 13 months, I am so relieved to see the numbers going down.

Well done Joods Smile I felt the same way once I started exercising and started having a tiny downward trend, and all excited just to go down by half a pound... but then all ruined by injuring my leg, which stopped me exercising and laid me up for the last ten days or so... but thankfully it still seems to be generally breaking even and my leg's slowly getting better. But under doctor's orders, no more running, ever... just stick with the exercise bike or similar stuff. He said some people are just not suited to running and was pretty adamant about it. But that's the first time I've ever heard anyone say that, so I'm still kind of skeptical. I will follow his advice for a very long time, but I'm not ready to commit to 'ever' yet, because that's a door I don't want to close.
