Unfortunately, some Trumpsters will chalk this up to "draining the swamp" in a desperate attempt to maintain their god-emperor bubble. Can't remember where I saw it, but someone made the comment that a Trump supporter will let Trump shit in their mouth if a liberal standing next to them has to smell it.

Again, 50 former republican law agents warned of what Trump could potentially do. Trump has more clouds hanging over him than our atmosphere has clouds. The problem isn't even that you need to prove anything illegal, sure should not surprise anyone when and if we do. NO, just his mere behavior, his language, his impetuous actions, how the hell can anyone expect him to lead? Trump may be good for a Jerry Springer episode, but no, he has managed to turn the office and congress into an Oedipus play. He didn't have even the decency to call Comey first. If you just a few month ago are praising him, but suddenly realize he wasn't what you thought, you still notify him, THEN you let the public know. And if this was a long time coming then even if you don't make it public, in private you make the attempt to ask them to step down. This simply throws more suspicion on Trump. I think it is way past time for The Justice Department, State Department and FBI to start offering immunity. 
I heard about this. Comey was investigating Trump's Russia connections, and suddenly he gets fired. This would be great for the Dems, if they actually used it. But since they don't know how to fight, they'll likely pass this opportunity up.
I'm not sure being for Comey before they were against Comey before they were for Comey before they were against Comey really confers credibility on anyone . . .
