I have never officially rated my mood before.

I can see how it helps an individual understand where s/he is and how to improve the mood if it is low, however.

I never trust in those scams.

Nothing ever helps me feel better except realizing that I am doing the right thing opposed to the individual in charge informing me that I must change my attitude to further appease an unnecessary rule that has no real sway in reality.

You can get apps for rating your mood Hammy, if you want to do it as a sort of diary thing. You just put in emojis depending on your mood and they do graphs and all that sort of thing. My sister uses something like it, don't know what the name is though I'm afraid... but I think there's plenty of them in Google Play.

It would be awesome if there was one like that on the Windows Store. It rating mood basted on emoticons sounds ace... because as much of a verbal thinker as I am... I find emotions and words to be on almost opposite planes.
