Better yet, cobble up a rocket and strap him in. When it's about 90 miles up, over the Atlantic, (supposing a Cape Canaveral launch) claim it is going off course and use the destruct charge. Parts will scatter into the ocean, and if properly timed, none will land in Africa. Too bad, so sad.
