We have brown recluse spiders in the north. Still.... That spider is hanging around right outside my window and it's creepin me out.

Get out a can of hair spray and the man's cigarette lighter and give it the flamethrower treatment. Wear goggles, though, in case you get it too hot and it explodes. When I work around spiders (usually black widows around here) I just paint the bitches with whatever color of paint I have handy. It's way faster than most insecticides, in my experience.
