I don't exactly have high hopes for their response, though.

Still, the inability to answer that question diminishes the position of the theists all the same. So it's not all bad either way.

I did a litmus test a few pages ago; I said it was a fucking tragedy that that sucker of syphilitic anuses has a vote with the same weight as mine, and he said I was wrong, so he's not even considering the content, he's just disagreeing with anything anyone says. Fuck the retarded fuck-stick. If they won't ban him the least we can do is make it clear what a piece of diseased shit he is in every one of our posts. Like a never-ending middle finger.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?

Because I'm certainly willing to answer yours: why would the seed care to get evidence of the tree's existence? Well, if the seed sees a great many other seeds living in awe of and worshipping the tree despite there being absolutely no objective proof of the tree's existence, it has good reason to suspect that the tree doesn't exist at all and that the other seeds are simply brainwashed into thinking that there is one.

The fact that you opted to deflect rather than answer my question hasn't escaped me. I'll repeat my question again and in simpler terms for your sake: On what basis are you so sure that God exists? What evidence can you show me to distinguish between God's existence and you simply being deluded?

You done few mistakes Mister.

You say............if the seed sees a great many other seeds living in awe of and worshipping the tree........

Who said that that is the case?
I never said that.
Seed are like the underdeveloped form of lives (matter, vegetable life, animal life).
They have not enough consciousness yet to be able to understand the concept of worshipping.
Seed are comparable to lower form of life so a seed will have to sprout first as the matter will have to turn into vegetable life and then into animal life and human life.
Only after they reach the human dimension they will be able to understand that there is something mightier then themselves and the universe could not possibly pop up as per magic and run by itself.

If you read my previous post you would have understood this point but you didn't.
I said.................The child is not interested nor he is able to understand all the complexities of the adulthood but at the same time he-she wish to become one..........

Become one what?
Become bigger consciousness.
It doesn't yet know that bigger consciousness equal to God nevertheless it strive to expand his consciousness and get out the limitations that small consciousness force it to live as a seed or a lower form of life.
And that is an inborn wish that characterize all form of lives.
Not with the same strength because it depend on the level of consciousness that characterize each form of life.

Now let us come to your question......What evidence can you show me to distinguish between God's existence and you simply being deluded?

It is all about the amount of consciousness that people have.
Consciousness and intellect are two different things.
There are super intelligent people that are either atheists or that they wouldn't care less about God as materialism for them is more important.
Evidence of God doesn't appear as per magic.
If God see that your material or mental wishes or desires are a priority then He-She would let you go on with those desires but if he see an opening in your mind then he will start a relationship with you.

How would you know that someone may love you and is not a delusion?
Words are meaningless when you deal with love.
It is something within that tell you whether is a delusion or not but there is a huge difference between a physical-mental love and a spiritual love.
In the physical-mental love you may get the feeling of love but the other person may not so it all will turn into a delusion if that is the case.
With God that is not possible because every form of life come from Him and will eventually go back to Him.
He can not refuse a relationship with you.
A seed or a low form of life can not yet understand how the whole system works but as soon as consciousness expand as in human life then it is possible to understand provide you wish this opening of course.
Spiritual love can not be fake.
As you love the person that love you you automatically feel that that love is true.
At the same time as you feel spiritual love within you automatically know that someone is there and no delusion is possible.  Worship

Oh right, it's Rikki boy, almost forgot about you. I thought you had already crawled back into your little hole.

Conciousness is the human state of awareness, it allows you to SEE the surroundings around you. Intellect on the other hand allows you to PERCEIVE the things around you. Intellect allows you to decide for yourself whether you actually believe some imaginary man in the sky created the world.

The true difference between the two is that religious loonies like you seek to exploit the conciousness of young minds to fit your twisted sense of "intellect", while you on the other hand fear true intellect: people who have developed to ability to think for themselves and realize that the Bible is full of shit.

Appreciate the heads-up, people. Even if I'm talking to a dummy, though, at least I can freely practice my arguments.

I did. I can see a great deal of Christians around in the world worshiping their God. If your analogy fails to consider that then your analogy is shit.

No, it's not something within you that tells you whether or not it's a delusion. It's when you're clearly incapable of distinguishing between your fantasies and reality (as determined by a external objective, empirical tests). Such tests obviously have to be produced externally or else they'd be completely unreliable.

As of yet, you've still failed to prove that you're not just deluded and continually pulling these words out of your rear to keep feeding that delusion. You're in denial, my friend. The sooner you wake up, the better.

The rest of your post constitutes incoherent rambling which I've neither the patience nor the ability to decipher, let alone respond to.

1) The Bible?
Who ever mention the Bible?
It may or it may not say the truth, in any case I follow a different teaching so please stop telling about the Bible.

2) You say..........Conciousness is the human state of awareness.......
Correct.
And then you say.......it allows you to SEE the surroundings around you.......
Wrong.
Consciousness is all about internal knowledge not external.
Intellect on the other hand is external knowledge.
And then you say.........Intellect allows you to decide for yourself whether you actually believe some imaginary man in the sky created the world.........
Wrong again In.
To understand whether God exist or not the external approach via intellect is useless.
Before to manifest externally God manifest within so consciousness is the correct tool to find out while intellect come last.
But don't you worry too much about it In.
Consciousness in the kindergarten is not enough to understand this important issue.
Give time and one day you too will get it.

Wrong again Mister.
Human being and Christians in this case can not be compared to seeds.
Seeds can only be compared to matter which still hasn't sprout into veg. life, animal life and human life.
Human beings have already sprout part of their consciousness so it is obvious that they can see each other
worshipping their God.

Wrong again Mister.
The external dimension is just an illusion.
The time exist to measure the distance that takes going from point A to point Z or to matter to veg. life to animal life to human life and to reach the final point in merging with the ocean of cosmic consciousness.
The ocean of cosmic consciousness on the other hand doesn't have to go through this journey so there is no need for the time.
This prove that everything in this universe is but an illusion and if you are really stuck in this illusion you are a total fool.  Smile

Since I'm not responding to anything that retard has to say via his direct quotes (so anything he has written isn't going to be the last thing before my responses), I'll just piggyback off yours. He seems to be saying that we need to invite god into our hearts and he'll reveal the truth to us, though somehow no existing religious tradition has the 'correct' means of doing so, and he alone somehow stumbled across this and has apparently suffered massive brain trauma as a result making him incapable of making any sense to anyone else and doesn't realize that this experience has done nothing but harm him because even his unidentified deistic god seems to be a huge asshole. Without even realizing that to have that concept, we need to have some kind of external experience (far more relevant than anything spiritual, obviously), to develop our brains to the point where we can comprehend more than just 'I want mama milk', and that if this god is content to leave us to wallow in this hellscape suffering like this until we somehow, without any instruction, figure out to ask for guidance from the right version of it (which never fucking comes, we've all tried), then FUCK that god in its left ear and out its right eye socket. That's no god worthy of attention or praise.
