Most problems are -not- human made..certainly not problems pursuant to the uneven distribution or scarcity of required natural resources. Yes, we -could-..now, solve some of those problems..but we didn't create them.
That honor would go to the creator of the globe and the human organism, if there were such a creator.....thankfully there isn't - so it's not like someone was -trying- to inflict famine on us, that's just the straw we drew.
