Maybe Saul cooked up a foreskin soup with those 200 foreskins that David collected.

It becomes clear that the tribes in the region weren't very creative in naming themselves...

Joseph Smith used the same ad agency for his characters' names.

Wow, you couldn't even come up with sources for a competing interpretation? 5 minutes with a Google search would have given you a dozen that you could have thrown back at me, complete with proper sources.  And the only thing you come up with is a wave of the hand and a dismissal?  I'm SO impressed by your tunnel vision buried in concrete biblical knowledge, it's SO compelling.

The drivel you wrote required no response just a dismissal.

In case you don't have an actual Bible you can read 5 versions of Revelation chapter 16 at this link = https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?se...EV;NLT;GNV

Didn't you promise not to respond to my comments in one of your earlier rants?  In the old days people had duels when one guy called another one a liar.  So if all of those calamities fell on you are you saying you wouldn't curse Yahweh, the God of the Hebrews and the God of the armies for inflcting them on you?  How many 100 pound hail stones can you dodge?

I have God's protection, so I have nothing to worry about.

Why does the bible go into such hideous detail with regard to the sacrifice of a castrated bull?

I wasn't referring to you, please pay attention to who it is I'm responding to. The sacrifice of bulls isn't hideous.

A castrated bull isn’t a bull now is it, it's a bullock. You should have known what I was getting at, You being a bible scholar n all. I was of course referring to the almost six chapters in Leviticus dedicated to the sacrifice of such.

Ok, here's another one. How much of Gmatt is lifted from the OT?

It was a bull before it was castrated, after it's a steer.

So, exactly, why are you here?  You're clearly not here for intelligent discourse.  You won't EVEN consider a Biblical interpretation that isn't yours.  You only respond with insults and dismissals.  Why should we even bother responding to someone who clearly thinks we are inferior, deluded THINGS - not even worthy of respectful interaction?  You clearly are not here to try to convert anyone or change anyone's mind on even the most minute detail.  You're just a troll, smirking at the screen, wanking off on the thrill of how stupid these atheists are.  If YOU are an example of "Godscreated" and "God's Child" and under "God's protection" then your god is unspeakably repulsive.  What a great witness you are.

You gave no biblical interpretation, your ramblings went against many scriptures so there was no need to try and have an intelligent conversation about an unintelligent rambling.

I haven't insulted you and if I do it is to return an insult for one given. I will always dismiss those post that are made in ignorance to insult the Christians here, you all act as if we know nothing about the scriptures even after we school you all about them. You are just as important to me as anyone else read my signature.

Insults abound in your post, no real facts, no real truths, just a bunch of jibberish to please some of your atheist buddies like Min.

My response to Revelations was based upon multiple theological writings - I didn't cite my sources because I assumed that as a "Biblical Scholar" you would have been familiar with all of them.  I certainly can go back and do so if you wish, but I now have serious doubts that you would appreciate them, or even be interested in reading them.  You have also made it more than abundantly clear that most of us atheists know a lot more about your scriptures than you do.  I was raised in Bible schools, I have read the book through dozens of times and have most of it memorized.

My posts are my own.  I have no interest in trying to impress anyone.
A dismissal, saying that there was nothing of substance in an extremely well-known historical/theological position, is in itself an insult.

And, further proving your Pharisaical, holier-than-thou, smirking troll-persona, you have refused to even consider answering my question.
But let's try one more time, just for grins and giggles - pay attention now - WHY ARE YOU HERE, TROLL?
