The way the Republicans on the Judiciary committee shielded witnesses and refused to cooperate with Mueller is scandalous. They obviously don't care how something looks so long as they can get away with it.

Trump is trying to use emergency measures to by pass approval for something that is not an emergency. He is attempting to rule by dictat. there is a word for that.

His wall can then be stopped by legal challenges instead of Congressional Democrats.
