Yet, one look at Immanuel’s history shows that she is getting some of her medical knowledge straight out of the Malleus Maleficarum.

I'm mindful of the aftermath of a bar room brawl, where we're all standing around wondering what's next, with sirens in the distance. The chump is the guy who greets the police at the door while we're all hot-footing it out of the place, and convinces them that there's, "Nothing to see here". Never mind the blood, broken furniture, unconscious combatants and beer and whiskey all over the floor. It's fucking incredible.

In all honesty, I think that the election of this never-to-be-sufficiently-damned lump of excrement has merely peeled back the scab from the festering pus of what lies in the heart of America. I'm revolted by what a lot of people are truly like under the surface. It's disgusting to see.
