Elon Musk has re-instated Trump's Twitter account. Trump said (before the re-instatement) that he would not return to Twitter even if asked.

He was already back for some time because his opponents constantly paste screenshots of his posts from that Twitter clone he is on.

Some but by no means all) of the people who supported him are going to see his moderated behaviour as ‘just another political hack.’ Overall, this is probably going to weaken him, especially if there’s a crowded field for the nomination.
