They can swap the deck chairs all they like, but the only way this clown show is going to improve is if Trump stops acting like Trump. I'm not sanguine about the chances of that.
Boru addendum: Since posting the above, I learned that Kelly was so angry over the firing of James Comey that he considered resigning himself. He didn't, which tells me that Trump's track record of hiring eunuchs remains unblemished.
