I wonder if the new White House Chief of Staff will soon be the de-facto, acting, POTUS. Trump matched against a retired 4-star general, will get played and plucked and not even realize what is happening. Not being a big fan of 4 star generals in general, nor Mr. Kelly in particular, I'm not sure that is a good thing. But it might be a better thing than what we have now.
