Probably should be giving gang wars in Chicago equally proportional coverage to the Charlottesville thing.

The issue with all cities isn't skin tone, but economic segregation. If you think that is going to simply remain a city thing West Virginia because of it's opiate problem wont be fare behind looking like what you are talking about.
