The influencer was found guilty of 'spreading information aimed at inciting hatred against religious individuals and specific groups' at a court in the city of Palembang.
Mukherjee, who is a self-proclaimed Muslim, was also handed a heavy fine for the clip, being ordered to pay 250 million rupiah (£13,000).
Indonesia is the largest Muslim-majority nation in the world and has strict blasphemy laws. Pork is considered 'haram,' or not permissible, under Islam.

Iranian Teenager Reported Brain Dead by State Media
Armita Geravand, the Iranian girl who was dragged out of a subway car unconscious shortly after entering with her hair uncovered, has been pronounced brain dead, Iran's state-owned media reported on Sunday.
Since her collapse on Oct. 1, she has been in a coma, but on Sunday, doctors said that they were not hopeful she would be saved, according to Tasnim News, a semiofficial agency affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards.
Her case has evoked similarities with that of Mahsa Amini, who died last year in the custody of the morality police after being accused of violating Iran's dress code, prompting a nationwide wave of anti-government protests.
Two journalists, Niloufar Hamedi and Elaheh Mohammadi, who covered Ms. Amini's case, were sentenced on Sunday to seven and six years in prison for "cooperating with the `hostile' government of America," according to the semiofficial Fars News Agency.

Islamic Republic Blocks Instagram Page Of Singing, Dancing Old Man
The page has been blocked over its “production of criminal content,” Iran’s judiciary said on Thursday. According to reports, all the posts in his Instagram page, with 128,000 followers, were removed.
Iran’s clerical regime has become more strict in enforcing their religious laws that do not allow public dancing and singing.
A human rights group identified the old man as Sadegh Bana Motajadded, adding that he formerly served as a fan leader for Sepidrood, a famous football club in the northern city of Rasht, Gilan province.
He found fame a few days ago after some of his videos in Rasht’s fish market went viral. The videos showed him singing and dancing while male and female onlookers joined him by clapping and dancing.
The videos were well received by Instagram users in Iran who thanked the old man for his attempt to make people happy.
On Tuesday, Hossein Hassanpour, deputy chief of Gilan province police, had announced that 12 people were arrested and charged in relation to the release of these videos.
They are accused of “breaking the norms and publicizing it on social and satellite networks,” he said, adding that their recording and publishing the videos of people singing and dancing is an “outrage against public decency.”

At least 140 villagers [Christians] killed as farmer-herder crisis in north-central Nigeria continues
Amnesty International Nigeria’s office told The Associated Press that it has so far confirmed 140 deaths in the Christian-dominated Bokkos and Barkin-Ladi local government areas of Plateau based on data compiled by its workers on the ground and from local officials, though locals feared a higher death toll with some people unaccounted for.
No group took responsibility for the attacks though the blame fell on herders from the Fulani tribe, who have been accused of carrying out such mass killings across the northwest and central regions where the decadeslong conflict over access to land and water has further worsened the sectarian division between Christians and Muslims in Africa’s most populous nation.
The Nigerian army said it has begun “clearance operations” in search of the suspects, with the help of other security agencies, although arrests are rare in such attacks.
“Sometimes they claim to make arrests but there is no proof they have done so … The brazen failure of the authorities to protect the people of Nigeria is gradually becoming the ‘norm,'” he said.

Publicly shamed and caned... for standing too close to her boyfriend: Woman becomes the latest to suffer the ordeal under Indonesia's strict Islamic rules
The 20-year-old was forced to undergo a public caning today after being caught standing too close to her boyfriend in Banda Aceh province.
Under Islamic Sharia law, unmarried couples are forbidden from becoming too intimate.
And after being accused of breaking the rules, she was brought to a stage outside a mosque after being escorted by two women and forced to kneel on the ground.
She was then given her punishment of being lashed across the back with a cane.
The brutal images come just a week after another young woman was also publicly flogged in front of a jeering crowd for the same so-called offence as caning reportedly spike in the Indonesian province.
The unidentified woman screamed out in pain as she was caned 23 times after also being accused of becoming to close to a man.

Pakistani court sentences youth to death and another to life in prison for insulting Islam’s prophet
A Pakistani court sentenced a 22-year-old student to death and gave a teenager a life sentence in two separate cases after finding them guilty of insulting Islam’s Prophet Muhammad, a defense lawyer and officials said Monday.
“I cannot give you any information about my exact location, as some people in our village believe that I should also be killed as I am the father of a boy who allegedly insulted Islam’s prophet,” he said.
Under Pakistan’s blasphemy laws, anyone found guilty of insulting the religion or religious figures can be sentenced to death. While authorities have yet to carry out a death sentence for blasphemy, just the accusation can provoke riots.
In August 2023, Muslims attacked churches and homes of Christians in the city of Jaranwala, in the eastern Punjab province, over allegations that a Christian man had desecrated Islam’s holy book, the Quran.
In December 2021, hundreds of people descended on a sports equipment factory in the Sialkot district, killing a Sri Lankan man and burning his body publicly over allegations of blasphemy.
