I've always thought that wheel was rigged, so they probably just decided to let that happen.

The entire show is a corporate infomercial, but just like Vegas, no, you get caught rigging machines, that is serious felony. I doubt seriously the machines are rigged. Game shows are regulated just like a Vegas casino machine.
hehe, thank you for bursting my little bubble.

If you are willing to burst the bubble of theists, why should any other aspect of life be immune to scrutiny. I am not saying be dull, but don't go full conspiracy. I think a better objection to the show would be more along the lines that it promotes quick satisfaction. But that isn't a conspiracy as much as it is humans like a story of sudden luck. Also, I discovered it has happened before: And apparently, if Bob's right about this [and I'm not sure if he is; if Bob Eubanks' memory can fail him about the "in the ass" segment of the Newlywed Game happening in spite of the segment existing, it shows old game show hosts have a faillible memory], this happened once before this, making a total of three times in the show's run. If anything, it's probably biased (if only slightly) in favor of a three-way tie for a perfect score.

I don't think I claimed that was the first time. I said it was rare. One other time in the history of the show I would think could be called rare.
What would really be freaky as far as odds are concerned would be this. The show is split into two segments. 3 people in the first half hour make it to the stage, win or lose, those three spin the wheel to make it to the showcase. Same with the second half hour. 3 people make it to the stage, and win or lose, spin to make it to the showcase. How rare would it be if all 6 hit the red dollar and the green?
If we're still talking 1 in 20 odds, but repeated six times, the odds for that would be one in 64 million.

It won't allow them to quit their jobs, but it will help them in their future if they manage it right.
The way that anytime a "military" person is down there bidding to get up on stage, you can't tell me it's not rigged when that military person always makes it up on stage.
