No pillows for me.
I sleep on my hand. I also like a thin mattress on a hard flat bed. If I stay over someone's house and the bed sags, I sleep on the floor.  RE: How many pillows do you sleep with, how do you use them & which can't you do without?

One king-sized pillow for myself and the feline matriarch of the family. If the pillow is any smaller, she kicks my head off slowly, methodically, until she has control of the entire pillow.
I'm the only one she does this to.
