There are certainly some people who think I'm the bane of existence while others think that I'm a great guy. Thus, taking these perspectives into account and trying to synthesize them with how I see myself, I'd say that I probably fall into neither extreme and am probably somewhere in the middle. How about you, Catholic Lady?
I think i am overall a good person. I think the average person is overall good, so I'm just average, but good nonetheless.
It doesn't mean I never do anything wrong. Im sure there are things every single day that I could do better.
It's kinda like lake Wobegon, where all the women are strong, all the men are good looking, and all the children are above average.

Yup. A swinger. :nods:
BoT-
I'm generally good. I've made it 30 years at my defense job without failing a polygraph, and I'm the worst liar you would ever meet. The needles bend over the posts when I even think about lying. NB- I know people who have committed crimes and can pass a poly; they worked in the same place I did. I can also be a blue steel son of a bitch when required, and I have (and have delivered) the scars to prove it. Hopefully I've mellowed enough that I won't be collecting too many more. I'm too old for that shit.
I was friends years ago with a police homicide detective. He assured me there are criminals you absolutely do not want to polygraph as they are wired differently and can pass the test despite literally dripping with the gore of their victims.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I guess I would say I think I'm generally a good person. Even though I mutter "fuck" under my breath on occasion and eat ice cream over the sink after 10pm, my kid seems to like being around me and I try to be a good role model for her.
Also, I've turned in two lost bank cards that I found on the street instead of going on spending sprees. Does that count towards my good-ness too? lol

I'm the same for all of those so I guess I'm good too

I consider myself to be a neutral amoral person. Neither moral nor immoral.
Honestly, I believe that the vast majority of people are neither good nor evil; it would not occur to them to consciously help others or screw them over. Maybe if the right opportunity came either way...
Honestly, I'm too bitter and misanthropic to consider myself good and I have too much of a moral code to consider myself bad.

Why are you bitter and misanthropic?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Lol, kitan... why don't you think you're good?
Didn't you know? Kit has the same sexual defectivity as Vorlon .. if you know what I mean.

Why are you bitter and misanthropic?
Everything from school-sanctioned bullying in Grade School to finding out that America can still take a year and a half to weigh the options and still think that the best option for the leader of the free world is a racist, buffoonish bully who has about as much in the way of morality as Heath Ledger's Joker. Well, those are just two reasons.

Because I can't get laid.
Oh wait you weren't talking to me.
Nevermind! Carry on!
