Still, would be nice to see Donny going to Jail.  Along with his little brats, and most of his cabinet.  Throw Pence in too for complicity, and most of the Republican party who let this sham go on for so long.

I think Pence would be utterly ineffective. It would be like the oval office being vacant until the next election. Not a good situation but he would be considerably less likely to use nuclear weapons haphazardly. He wouldn't empower the bigots and other idiots like Trump does and he wouldn't be as bad of an embarrassment to the rest of the world.

"Ineffective" is a much better option than an asshole who has pulled the pin on a live grenade. Pence is more like the moron who has a dud grenade nor has a desire to pull it out of spite.

Pence may be an asshole, but I don't see him as suicidal.

You effectively have no president now. His every horrifying move is being blocked by more sound heads who are just letting him rant on twitter.

It's a shame that Monday at work already looks like it's going to be busy. I would love to call in sick and soak it all up that day.

New guy here,: I think it's an absolute disgrace what Crooked Hillary is doing to our greatest hero and patriot Donald Trump. She shouldn't have set her attack dogs, Comey and Mueller on him. After all with his victory he won independence for this great nation.

I am a pragmatist.

Prison would be great. But all I really want is for him for the investigation get too close to him, or his family to the point he  cops out to some "health problem" and steps down.

Nixon didn't spend a day in prison but what 45 has done is far worse, just on the rhetoric alone.

45 is really scummy. I would not surprise me one bit if he threw his children under the bus to keep his job.

No Trump needs to be in for the long haul, either convicted or defenestrated by his own party. If he steps down without being pushed Pence could have power still, and the party possibly avoid civl war.

Manafort and Gates are turning themselves in even as I post this . . .
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

You've mentioned this a couple of times.  What - specifically - has Trump done that is 'far worse'?

Boru

He's a mobbed-up lying scumbag and has been since the 80's.

Quote:Trump Is a Mobster President

Quote:The mafia analogies aren’t just casual gibes, but speak to something fundamental in Trump’s background and character. In his younger days, Trump was mentored by Roy Cohn, a mob lawyer, and he consorted with criminals, notably convicted felon Felix Sater. Trump’s record shows “repeated social and business dealings with mobsters, swindlers, and other crooks,” David Cay Johnston, who has extensively investigated Trump’s mafia tieswrote in Politico last year, and “Trump’s career has benefited from a decades-long and largely successful effort to limit and deflect law enforcement investigations into his dealings with top mobsters, organized crime associates, labor fixers, corrupt union leaders, con artists and even a one-time drug trafficker whom Trump retained as the head of his personal helicopter service.”

This is not news to New Yorkers who were well aware of the WLB's criminal connections.  Why do you think Hillary crushed him in his "home state" 59 to 36%?
It's only the assholes who didn't know him that fell for his bullshit.

Now this is very well done.

Can you not read?

His rhetoric is TOXIC in politics. I am tired of people confusing legal with moral.

He does not talk like a diplomat, nor a western leader. He talks like a despot. He has been talking like that for 5 years.

50 REPUBLICAN former law agents warned us of him LAST YEAR.

I am quite sure he knew about the interference. If an asshole can brag about ripping off university investors and dare the Russians to interfere in our election while running for office, it does not take a slide rule.

AND impeachment isn't written in for just criminal acts, it is ALSO there to remove someone who is NOT FIT.

He is UNFIT and that is the bottom line.
