Ethics of sex robots

What do you guys think of the ethics of this, if it takes off and becomes a more popular thing in the future? Do you think it may have a negative impact on relationships, society, women, sex, etc? Or will it be a positive thing? Or just a neutral, harmless thing?

It's a positive thing. It means guys and girls who both can't get laid AND are sexually attracted to robots can get off.

As far as I'm concerned it's just a bizarre sex toy.

As a guy who can't cook himself breakfast I can testify to this.

Sounds good to me.

I think if guys or girls want to do it with a robot instead of a human then more power to them.

Sexuality is increasingly diverisified in society today, and a lot of people aren't interested in dating or even sex anymore.

I don't think it's anyone else's business what people are into if it's not harming others. There is nothing 'sacred' about sex.

As a society there's still a big taboo on people having sex before marriage, or living with each other, or being in same sex couples, or anything out of the normal idea of two opposite sex virgins getting married for life. And they wonder why we have problems with spouses cheating on each other because they aren't satisfied sexually.
