Being right in a relationship

If you're a male, do you cater to your woman as though she's always right?
If you're a woman, do you expect your man to always accept that you are correct in anything you say or do?
I think it's illogical to answer yes to either situation.
It was mentioned in Stranger Things. This scenario has to do with the more prevalent "woman is always right" falsity.
The kid asks his dad how he makes up with his mom. The father simply states that he apologizes. The kid responds with "Even if she's wrong?' The father says, "She's never wrong."
I honestly believe that kind of dishonest crap needs to die, because there is no such thing as one person in the relationship always being right. Do you agree?

If a relationship works and both parties are happy, who cares about how or why it works.
sadly, this even applies to repressed muslim wives because it is the will of Allah! And that makes her happy! lol.

I stopped thinking about marital disagreement in terms of who was right or wrong somewhere between the end of my first marriage and the middle point of the new. I spend more effort and thought trying to understand why either party holds the opinion that they do. I don't know that either person in a meaningful disagreement is ever right, in the sense that we commonly use the term.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. I'd say that's the -best- case for deployment of the above. OFC, my backup plan is simpler.
Admit nothing, deny everything, make counter-accusations.

I've found that the boldness of a completely unhinged denial stuns your accuser in a state of wide-eyed and breathless disbelief. I learned this lesson somewhere between childhood and the end of my first marriage.
