She didn't have the efficient distribution of voters because Trump went into the coal and rust belt states and won those voters who once voted for Democrats. You also don't win elections by alienating your largest voting base.

So that's a no, then..isn't it?  You can't imagine having voted for a socialist jew, and don't think that other trumpsters would have been too keen on the idea either.  This is why Bernie is a non-issue. Bernie may have (I'd even wager would have) won the popular vote, but that didn't do Hillary any good, and the only thing that would have made a difference is if he could have poached from the disproportionately powerful trump bloc..who had and have deep seated ideological -and- racist reasons not to vote for him. Since nobody is bothering to read the original Politico article: there wasn't an attempt; it was COMPLETE control. Hillary had the DNC by the balls financially. The party couldn't function without $$ being funneled in from her campaign, since they were so in debt thanks to Obama. She owned the DNC a year before the primaries. This is not how democracy works.

Exactly. This is how corruption works. It is also IMO typical of how Democrats manage money and use power . The way Obama depleted their war chest is similar to how he increased debt while in office. How the Clintons behaved in attempting to secure power was to many people a clear indication of how she would have behaved in office.

The DNC is no better now than they were with Hillary running the show. Don't be fooled. Donna Brazile helped rig it for Hillary by passing along debate questions, and the DNC puts her on the rules committee? Progressives are being purged.

Of course Hillary supporters don't care about this news either. Why would they? As long as it's their candidate who's doing the rigging, they look the other way. Hillary was completely in control and rigged it in a big way, and the response is 'meh'. Logic doesn't apply when it comes to this stuff. Progressives are being purged.

Everybody is being purged, it seems like.  The black community seems to be feeling pretty alienated by the white Dems.  Progressives are being told to stop whining.  White men are all evil.  Half of white women are republicans.

That leaves like half of white women who aren't too progressive and hispanics.

It's like they've forgotten they need votes to win elections.

Might be we will see the 'cork out of the bottle' effect, similar to Harvey Weinstein and so many others; once someone comes forward and essentially demonstrates it's either 'safe' or 'time' to do so, we then see a stream of other victims come out with similar/reinforcing/confirmatory evidence.

In regards to Hillary, Tulsi Gabbard, Donna Brazile, Elizabeth Warren are all demonstrating the waters are safe, the Clinton machine has been neutered and it's now time for others to come out, without fear of reprisals or retaliation, with their own similar/reinforcing/confirmatory details on their observations and experiences with the corruption and malfeasance from Clintonland.

And this will be a good thing. Pour some sunlight in these dank pockets of rot and pus and heal the party. A healthy party is far more able to take a stand and get some candidates with (D) behind their names elected in 2018 (if it's not too late now) and set the stage for a major correction in 2020.

It's too bad it's been a time of navel gazing and sack cloth/ashes since 11/8/16, but a strong response now of a formerly weakened and atrophied "immune system" might save the patient and get some vigor and enthusiasm for winning some elections now.
