I could feed a few hundred, although they'd have to delay the funeral to give me time to cure, as I'd like the Hors d'oeurve to be prosciutto wrapped rockmelon on sesame seed water crackers garnished with a little sprig of baby flat leafed parsley.

Firstly if my future wife is cool with it donate all organs then to the cemetery with a nice funeral

I would like to be buried or partially buried at a depth where microbes, worms, beetles, flys, buzzards, possums, raccoons, etc. can dine on me and return my molecules to the food web from which I came. 6 ft under is too deep. Cremation uses too much energy. I am considering donating my carcass to the Body Farm in Knoxville. Hopefully they will just toss me under a pile of leaves and take pictures every day.
I also would not mind returning to my favorite place - The Sonoran Desert- and wander off and die on a warm rock like an old coyote. Hopefully, I will be well devoured before the Nursing Home finds me.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!

Not sure I'll have the intestinal fortitude to go thru with this but that outdoor forensic pathology lab keeps surfacing in my thoughts.
Plan B:
cremated and remains offered to county to grit the goddam bridge down the road when it's fucking icy.

If there is no one around to give me that sort of send off I guess I'd settle for cremation but then those ashes have got to be scattered, not locked away in a little concrete box. Ugh.
When I was a teen living in Paso Robles, a buddy of mine had a grandma who lived north of Cambria, on the coast. I spent a weekend with him at her place and on one day we "borrowed" her VW Scirocco and went up PCH to the state park near San Simeon. We had some great greenery and a good bong, so we sat on these cliffs overlooking the ocean, with sycamores and eucalyptus marching right up to cliff's edge, and perhaps a tad bit stoned, I reckoned that if I had my choices I'd just as soon sit down and die at the base of a good tree.
I've hiked this coastline a few times, and when it comes time to go back to dust, it's as good a place as any for me outside of Hill Country.
