Oh we still watch movies with nudity. We actually laugh when there's nudity.  

When I first started dating Brian he was 19 and super innocent. I rented American Psycho for us to watch together and he was super scandalized at the naked scenes. Lol, he'd cover his head with the blanket and laugh. Ever since then it kind of became tradition for us to laugh when there's a naked person on screen. It's kind of funny seeing a huge bare ass right in front of you lol.
Never seen Game of Thrones though, so I don't know.
