I think it would be logical enough to say that the biggest religions that people take the most seriously cause the most harm.
I think Muslims follow their religion more severely, more literally and with more severe repercussions for apostasy, which is leaving the religion.
Therefore Islam gets number 1.
I suppose Christianity would be number 2 just because of sheer numbers.
It's kind of a tough question and my answers are really just guessing. I don't know much about any other religions. Also it's tough to decide if it's religion making people violent idiots, or are violent idiots attracted to certain religious ideology.
There's really peaceful groups of both Islam and Christianity that I would count as being the most peaceful religions also though.
There's the ahmadiyya Muslim group who's motto is "Love for all, hatred for none." And I think there's even more peaceful Christians who aren't doing anybody any harm or preventing science in anyway.

In Crisis of Conscience quite an indictment is made of JWism and how vile they are to their members.
Ever wonder why they are always recruiting but the denom isn't growing appreciably ??
They expel for various infractions about as fast as they attract newbs.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

You might have them confused with the Amish. Quakers don't eschew technology. And even the Amish choose that lifestyle for themselves. (They don't force it on others. Even their children are given an opportunity to leave the community when they grow up.)
Another thing... no protestants on your list? The fundies are worse than the Catholics IMO, but then again you may be considering contraception in Africa which hurts them quite badly.

I know their policy on allowing their kids an out, but I still think they're a hindrance to society to the extent that they have influence.

They don't allow blood transfusion either. Even in a life/death situation. Apparently the bible forbids "consuming" blood.

Somethings like orthodox Judaism or Scientology are actually shittier than Islam but just don't have much numbers, so they seem less shitty.
