Pretty sure his only qualification is having completed a talking out your ass course online.

Obviously the top of his class.

Even if this topic is way to bitter. It shows that if even kids that don't recognize themselves in the mirror, get cancer, everybody else automatically can forget about miracles in prayer.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

RE: Prayer
It's truly difficult not to be bitter! It's just such nonsense from whatever angle you look at it, and when you think about it, the self-absorption of thinking you're the one important enough to be listened to is quite appalling. It's hard not to suffer fools lightly, especially ones who are also arrogant and sanctimonious. Haha
