My point, and I think what alpha male's underlying point was, is that if you go home from a date and get naked in front of your date, you're sending a pretty strong signal that some form of sexual activity is about to happen.

If a woman sits naked next to me, her clothes are not being denied from her, and she hasn’t made a move to put them back on, I do get the impression that this means she’s wanting sex. I’m assuming she’d tell me to stop, if she wasn’t interested and all she wanted was for her deodorant to dry.

But if she has communication issues, how did she end up with a celebrity? How did she release the traumatic and personal story to the entire planet soon after it happened?
We can't assume people's personality in an important issue like this. The evidence is she gave him a bj and did not directly reject, and when she did, he complied.

Yes, I can think of various reasons. But what's the solution?
1. Such women avoid such situations and work on their assertiveness.
2. No man ever knows if what he's doing is acceptable until after the fact.
I think the first is more reasonable.

"The evidence" and again it's just her story, suggests that she repeatedly and directly rejected his advances, that he even acknowledged these rejections....and that he did, very possibly..commit rape in the legal sense.
I don't know why this has to keep being said.
We can only be wondering whether or not the allegation is credibile..because if it happened as stated, he might not get convicted...but it would be an OJ escape. "If the girl took the bit, you must acquit!"

No i'm not . I'll give you a personal example . My girlfriends and i get naked when we watch TV sometimes or often in bed were not wearing clothes . Were not nudist nor are we have sex . So intimacy can mean more then just sex .
