Trump administration announces conscience and religious freedom HHS Division

RE: Trump administration announces conscience and religious freedom HHS Division
I want to make it clear here..that it hardly matters whether or not CL is a fundy (or, frankly, whether anyone on earth is a fundy..or they;re all just a bunch of cynical assholes pretending at faith)......because she's wrong.

Demonstrably wrong, trivially wrong, predictably wrong.  Yes, people do and have and will continue to attempt to use their "strong religious morals" to object to any manner of thing...particularly if our government allows them a provision which serves absolutely no other purpose.

Period.

-as an addendum "will it fly in court".  I question why that would matter, after the fact, if someone denied medical service to person in realtime.  The judge tossing it out is not a time machine that transports the victim back to when they needed help.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Like I said. If you're so certain doctors will be legally allowed to refuse medical treatment to a person simply because the person is gay, then you should take comfort in knowing that when it happens you will get to come back here and tell me all about how wrong I was. In the mean time, there is really no reason to argue.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

People like CL forget that in the system the likes of president Shitpickle would build they are the last group, the final roundup of untermenschen to be liquidated.

Lol, in a system like that, no one is coming for the Catholics. I was going to say white christians are their favored group. Then, I remembered that most Catholics seem to be Mexican or South American in other parts of the country. We have all the white ones in Boston. They're the touchy kind. We don't like them.

That's really shitty. Though there is no specific law for this scenario, I don't see this doctor winning if they had decided to take her to court on the grounds of discrimination. Especially with how much legal trouble that bakery got into for not wanting to make a gay wedding cake.

It....doesn't....matter.......if the asshole "wins". However, on that count, gaycakes lost, but slut pills won. So, you know, flip a coin.

It gets a whole lot worse when HIV/AIDS is the treatment issue within LGBT.

Just because there is not a legal case does not mean that it does not happen with alarming frequency.

Are you aware of this incident from February, 2015, in Michigan?  http://www.fox2detroit.com/news/doctor-r...uples-baby
