For various reasons we couldn't do that.

For some people they want the ceremonial wedding to be at the same time as the legal one.

Also we didn't spend a shit-tonne of money. In fact we made a big deal not to spend so much money and start our marriage out in massive amounts of debt like most people.

He’s saying he had to jump through hoops, and that he disagrees with illegal immigration (not DACA). He doesn’t think people should be able to just walk into the country and get the same treatment he does when we spent literally thousands and did more paperwork than most people do in their lives all while having to plan a wedding in short notice.

And for people who want to change the vetting process, it’s as good as it gets.

And i'm saying is he should not have had to walk through all those hoops . Especially with the added stress of a marriage . That seems very off .
