The replaceable batteries are, for me, an absolute must. Didn't even think about it when buying the thing, but a iPhone battery costs about $100 to replace, or so I have read, which is almost the cost of a new LG phone.

Specs are here:

Still carry a flip phone mainly for emergencies. Never saw much of a point in an i-phone or smart phone.

That's what I used to think, and would look strangely at those who told me otherwise.

I have a Samsung, I think it has Android. I despise talking on the phone, so I don't know what a lot of features it has are. I was trying to find a place awhile back, and got on the 'net for directions. That's only once. I generally just look it up on Google maps and memorize the directions. I don't like GPS talking at me, either. My wife lives on hers.

I'm still toting about my Samsung Note 4. Three years in and the battery still holds more than a day long charge despite internet and audiobook use all day long. I could upgrade, but it still does everything I need a smart phone to do, and many things I only use it for occasionally.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, bought it about 2 years ago. It's pretty neat, aged well. I probably won't buy a new phone for at least another 2 years, give or take.

I like my phone(Samsung Galaxy S8+). I need it to play music and audio books. Sometimes I use it for homework.
My last phone couldn't do all that.

I bought an expensive phone in hopes that it would last me a few years, unlike my last phone, where the headphone jack broke after a few months. That thing was cheaper quality than a toy.

I'm beta-testing a blood oxygen reader app that calls the VA if it gets too low. I guess I could call the phone a real life-saver.

LGs are good phones. I had a G3 for years until it died. Now I have the new V30. It's sweet, and shock resistant and water resistant.
