Is this like in an interview where they ask you what your greatest weaknesses are.

I over analyze things, until they are perfect, and I’ve exhausted all the alternatives. I overwork , and don’t spend as much time as I should with family. I care too much about my Job. Too often, I give my bosses all the credit, when I need to share in the glory, after I get all the work done.

If I were the interviewer, I would consider this a failure to answer the question, clever and standardized though your answer might be.
