Christianity Is The BEST Religion....

What's to explain?  We don't believe in your god.  The combination of ludicrous supernatural events described in the Bible (floods that never happened, magical fruit, people coming back from the dead) and dubious historicity (no evidence for the Exodus; no contemporaneous secular reports of Jesus even as a non-supernatural entity in Roman-occupied Judea circa 30 CE) leads me to believe that the Christian religion is based on mythology and simply cannot deliver on its promises and threats.

Well, no one alive today was born back then, so I guess no one can really speak about that with 100% certainty.

Look, buddy. You know there are stories about a god named Poseidon, right? As the story goes, he controls the stormy seas. And if you want a safe voyage over the oceans, you should pray to him to grant it.

How do you feel about Poseidon? Are you averse to believing in him? Do you hate him? Do you refuse to believe in him because you want to sin?

Or do you simply think he's something the ancient Greeks made up to explain why the seas act the way they do?

We think that Yahweh is an old story that can't be proven. You can DEMONSTRATE that radio waves exist. Not so with the tribal god of the Israelites.

One does not require certainty. One only requires sufficiency .

I think you've gotten your wish. We have explained our position: We are not averse to your claims. We are averse to the fact that your claims have all the credibility of claims of the Great Pumpkin or the Easter Bunny. If you want to get our attention, you will have to address the credibility issue.

I don't need 100% certainty.  I believe that the probability of the Jesus stories being true is infinitesimally small, so 99.999...% certainty is fine for me.

There is not much to understand . A claim has been made about the existence of an entity . No sufficient reason has been given for why we should believe in said entity . Therefore i don't accept sais entity .

So, because something seems far-fetched, that means (for you atheists) it doesn't exist, am I right?

It would be more accurate to say "has not been proven to exist (and therefore is not worth serious consideration at this time)."
