Pet Photos thread where too much is never enough.
Here you go Mooney, lets see what you got. This thread is for excessive pet photo sharing. We'll brook no misgivings about over sharing here.

For me, there will always be two .. a sith lord and an apprentice.  My current crew .. Heidi (8) and Smokey (2), both Texas heelers.

Heidi (the dark lord) pursuing her apprentice:

The apprentice still tries to play his Jedi mind tricks on me.

Are Texas Heelers like Blue Heelers? We had a Blue Heeler and she was a beautiful, wonderful dog. A little aggressive though. Maybe from being part Dingo.

Texas heelers can be half heeler as mine are while also being part Australian shepherd, or either of those breeds can be crossed with a border collie.

Blue heelers, red heelers, cattle dogs, Australian cattle dogs and Queensland heelers are all names for the same breed which can all just be called heelers too.  They have a reputation for being a little nippy and I once had (briefly) a pure heeler who bit a brand new tire on my truck and ruined it.  (He went back to the rescue when my brother was worried how dependable he was with his young kids.)  But got along great with Heidi.  When Heidi is excited she'll nip.  Sometimes when I'm throwing the ball for her she'll lean in and nip me.  I've also seen her nip a pit who was standing closer than she liked while waiting for me for me to throw it.  But  she loves all people and is a petting slut.  If someone immediately reaches to pet Smoke or just looks at him too long he may growl but he has never nipped.  Other dogs can take his ball and he doesn't get bent out of shape.  He is kind to puppies and small dogs but only ever wants to play with his Sith lord.

Yes. I'll bet you could put her to good use in your side job as a hitman.

Heidi is beautiful. Candy (our Heeler) also loved to be petted. But she was overprotective and flipped out every time the neighbor passed by with his dog. If I took her for a walk it took all of my then fairly considerable strength to keep her under control so she wouldn't chase after other dogs/animals. She was extremely strong for a Medium sized dog.

I love love love this! Thank you! I'm sure I can find a few (cough thousand) photos of my fur baby!

This is Zero he is half husky half yellow lab and he is about 4 years old (thankfully finally starting to calm the fuck down lol) the two breeds don't mix well together for fur since the tan coarse fur sits different than the soft white husky fur and where they mix he has ridges, mostly on his butt, it's hilarious. He is spoiled rotten, I mean hell he has his own couch! Also he is so expressive, I've never known a dog to actually look happy/sad/irritated lol

I need to give all of them hugs! I had a full bred boxer for 11 years and he was my #1 baby, such a sweet dog. I feel like boxers are just amazing dogs and the name Sweet is a perfect name for one!
