men and women with tattoos, hot or not?
Hello everyone,

I have been wondering for quite some time what the verdict is for most people with regards to tattoos. Do the majority here find people with tattoos more/less attractive than without? If you do like tattoos, how many would be overdoing it?

Thanks,

Usually hot. Especially color tats.

I don't like them at all. On girls or guys. I'm all about a very natural, clean look. But people have different tastes.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Totally depends on the person and the tattoo. A full-color sleeve and an undercut on the right lady is gorgeous, but it can just as easily be some misshapen ill-colored horror.

Depends on the tattoo. Some tattoos, such as those praising Jesus, has the same effect on a person's attractiveness as a permanent lisping drool coupled with a perpetual vacant stare.

I got one with my wife's name for our 25th anniversary, so she finds it pretty hot.

I've seen some damned good tattoos, but, I won't get one myself. The reason is simple, your body ages and the ink fades over time.

If you are willing to live with that knowing you will be wrinkled and old, it is still up to you.  Yes, I have seen some extremely well done tattoos, but those are not for me.

I second this. Few things are less trashy looking than a faded distorted tat on wrinkly saggy skin, imho.

Depends on where and how much. There was one time though, that I thought that a woman with a lot of neck tattoos was hot. She would have been a looker anyway. I think tatoos and non-natural hair colors and the right kind of piercings get my attention, usually in a good way. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.

I love tattoos. I wish I were brave enough to commit to one. For me, it's about will I still feel the same about my choice for a tat, in 5 years or so? I don't even like wearing the same necklace more than a week, so buyers remorse might kick in.
