It's a sad state of affairs when a persons dream, or even best chance.... is emigrating to canadia........

My point is Sherif is persecuted for his open refutation of Islam even in a Muslim nation not based on Shariah where Islamist individuals use other loop holes in law.
As for Islamic Shariah based nations, if he was there in Saudi/Iran/Pakistan he would have been executed by now. As for Muslims slaughtering each other, they have been merrily doing it for the past 1400 years since the day Muhammad died. The 1st step when a Muslims wants to get rid of each another is accusing the other of being a hypocrite(in faith) & kuffar to legitimize their killings.
Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them (Quran 55:56, Mushin)

Their system is quite good ! at least it provides lots of advantages over the American green card. Good economy, good healthcare, good weather: who would say no? And, there are no walls. We  Canada.
