Back to molecular machines. They are irreducibly complex, meaning if one part fails the entire system is degraded or fails to operate. We haven't really touched on irreducible complexity much. We discussed CSI (Complex Specific Information) and molecular machines but not irreducibly complex machines.

The molecular machines are irreducibly complex.  Take away a part and the system fails or is degraded.

I think it's a combination of both Astreja.  He has His plan and His will be done but we also have free will to make decisions.  We are not robots.
I don't think it's possible to have free will coexisting with a god's plan unless the god is willing and able to change that plan in response to what mortals decide.

Yes, I believe He is willing and able to adjust parts of His plan based on what humans do (prayers,...) without changing anything in the Bible.
