So what has he actually been charged with?
As far as I can tell he was engaging in a sexual act with another consenting adult in a private room(or so he thought anyway). Surely he was arrested for indecent exposure? He was in a private viewing room, but I don't believe they allow you to masturbate in there, especially in front of people...
