Wanna know how to keep your hair healthy? Don't blow dry it. Don't use hair products on it besides shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner. Don't color it. That's it. No need to skip showers and look all nasty and dirty haha.

I hope he takes it out of the coconut before applying it.

My hair is straight and gets oily if it isn't washed daily. I do know that blow drying, coloring, over washing, and other harsh hair products will further dry it out and is pretty much the worst thing you could do. So avoid that, first and foremost. Maybe try washing it a couple times a week instead of daily, and when you do, use a hydrating shampoo and conditioner for curly hair, as it offers the most moisturizing benefits. Leave the conditioner on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing it off. And use a leave in conditioner when you get out of the shower, letting your hair air dry. Maybe do some kind of oil treatment once a week, too. (Though I can't offer advice on what kind) And if you really wanna go all out, take omega 3 fish oil supplements lol.

Never tried it and certainly won't be trying it.
