-except that it doesnt halt future separations..because by an actual law that really does exist you cant keep those kids in a jail for more than 20 days...which is why in the same eo while blaming democrats it pleads with the courts to allow indefinite detention of children with their families (the internment camps have already been erected on military bases so that the government doesn;t have to adhere to state standards on child accomodation) and sessions has already filed the suit....
...because of course they would.

It;s as close to a win as you;re going to get in trumps america.
If it;s any consolation, the army recently disinterred and returned children taken from natives over a hundred years ago with profound no bullshit apologies and pledged to continue looking for the remains of every child until they;re all found while simultaneously expressing concern that their facilities aren;t really the appropriate place to memory hole immigrants or their children seeking asylum. This we'll defend. *2300. The number is larger...and it looks like we;ve been intentionally losing children in the system for some time now.
