I'm neutral, partly because of my line of study. I think exposing security flaws is good, but I'm not too happy with all the lives at risk by Wikileaks' behaviour.

I'm much the same Adrian, I fear the consequences but as of the moment that hasn't happened.

The consequences will ultimately dictate my opinion.

If there is one thing my course has taught me, it's to be uber paranoid about everything.

At least that's practical in reality. The most important thing I've learned from my course is "Use 3rd party backup software" or "Don't trust active directory"

I am for wikileaks, because it helps to expose forces which thrive on secrecy. Thereby ensuring greater transparency in our public institutions.

However there are legitimate criticisms that wikileaks does not have the kind of editorial control or adherence to procedures investigative journalists use.
