Just heard that Aretha Franklin is in hospice care.  Been a fan ever since I first saw 'The Blues Brothers'.

Yep, very sad, unfortunately everyone gets old. She has a great voice. I hope she can find some comfort going what she is going through.

She was a great singer.  I liked the what she did with Simon's Bridge Over Troubled Waters too.







But even when we lose her at least we'll still have Mavis.
