When you start giving idiotic reasons as to why you shouldn't be impeached, it seems pretty clear that you think there are perfectly sound, logical reasons why you SHOULD be impeached.

I think the real reason he said that is because he knows the walls are closing in on him. When he uses "everyone else does it" as a defense, and follows it up with that, he is showing his desperation.

Not surprising. His constituency are made up largely of the wealth gospel morons and slim balls. That is one primary reason why faking his billions had a bigger impact on electoral outcome than his unbroken string of failures and total lack of requisite experience or training for the top job. Hardly could he rally them better to his cause then to threaten them with something worse than hell - a stock market crash - if they failed to close ranks around him.
Just look at Omega bitch and see why even trump could not be too stupid to pull this shit. 
The market is overdue for a recession anyway. How will he blame Obama for that?
I'm in. If the market goes down, I'll just buy more ETFs and mutual funds and wait for the market to go back up again.

Prior to his election victory, I heard the hypothesis floated about that Trump didn't actually expect/want to win. He just figured, even by losing, that it would amplify the Trump brand and generate more revenue for him.
Is it possible his primary motivation remains to improve the bottom line of the Trump brand, and that all else is secondary? Even his impeachment? I'm genuinely curious.
