New Forum Logo / Banner + Merchandise!

As many of you will have noticed, we have a new logo / banner. I thought it was high time for a change, and I spent quite a few hours working on it to get it to blend well with the current theme.

The images it uses are royalty free and can be used for commercial purposes, which is why I'm happy to announce that we will be selling merchandise to help support the site financially!

I have set up a store on TeePublic, which lets us sell t-shirts and other merchandise (mugs, totes, etc.) on an on-demand basis, meaning we don't have to put any money up front or maintain a stock. We get a proportion of the profits from each sale.

Currently, there is a 3 day 30% off sale on all items, though the prices are pretty reasonable anyway. I have uploaded two designs, one which incorporates the full banner, and another (which I prefer) that just uses the "Atheism Atom" and site name.

I haven't cleared my cache, so I'm still viewing the old. I did get a preview on slack last night, so I'm not totally in the dark. Change, as always, is difficult. I'm not particularly fond of the new favicon. But thank you for your continual effort to keep AF looking fresh and inviting.

The new favicon is pretty similar to the old one, I get that there isn't any background color to it now, but that was actually on purpose. Now people can bookmark AF and save the bookmark to their phone dashboard, and a high-res icon will appear as the "app" icon.
