Why are Christians so full of hate?

RE: Why are Christians so full of hate?
Quote:Yes, that is what I mean.... I don't subscribe to or agree to a blind faith.
Yes you do

Quote: And I don't fall for the "I just lack belief" crap
Well that's too bad because it's valid position people here hold

Quote:, and think that most are being some combination of dishonest/delusional, when they say that Christians offer no evidence for God.
And we think that belief is the dishonest delusion so there

Quote:However, I think that many atheists would prefer to argue a straw man.
Nope they just don't fall for your word games

By confidence, one is not reliant upon faith.

No... I meant what I said.

Trust or confidence is the very definition of faith.  I think that you have bad sources.... or perhaps just prefer a straw man.

More specifically we trust the evidence in favor the resurrection of Jesus Christ and that gives us the confidence to try to live as Christians.

Yet another thread by an atheist redefining 'evidence' to mean 'proof' in order to prop up a lack of confidence about their own rationality.

It's amazing how many times debates with Xtians comes down to them arguing about dictionary definitions and semantics.

It's like they don't have any evidence or something ...

No... you just seem to want to twist things, and can't seem to handle the truth.

It doesn't fit their narrative, so they won't accept that.

They become hyper skeptical, when they don't want to believe in God. It just shows the irrationality and inconsistancy of it.

It's called suppressing the truth in unrighteousness. Apparently, it's actually is a thing. Funny how I started a me-too onion thread then atheists have to go an conform to the stereotype.

The mods deleted it, as they should have. Prior to that, Minimalist, being the complete douchebag bigot that he is, posted a thread titled "Why are Christians so Stupid", in clear violation of the prime directive. That stayed up for a couple of days even though I reported it as a violation...so I posted "Why are Atheists so Stupid" just to make a point and making clear in the OP that it was doing so.

RE: Why are Christians so full of hate?
Because hate is easy.
Hating (fill in the blank) is really, really easy to do.

And haters like to align themselves w/ like-minded people because it's easier to hate in groups.
Religion provides the reinforcement.

Although the internet is making it a lot easier for fringe groups to find their brethren as well (see incels, racists, etc.)
