It is what I expressed that you are calling the lie.  I stated what I believe, you just only see what you want to...   I'm done with your unfalsafialbe delusions.

It's what you have expressed that leads any sane person to my conclusion

Nope you have stated what you want others to believe and i see what's actually there .

https://www.innocenceproject.org/cases/w...barnhouse/

” In May 2017, William Barnhouse became the 350th person exonerated through DNA testing. Barnhouse, who dealt his entire life with serious mental health conditions, was in prison for 25 years for a sexual assault he didn't commit.”

https://www.innocenceproject.org/cases/angel-gonzalez/

”On March 10, 2015, Angel Gonzalez was exonerated after serving over 20 years in prison for a rape that he did not commit. In 1994, Gonzalez was misidentified by a rape victim as her assailant. After he was arrested, he was then misled by police into signing a false confession. Although Gonzalez maintained his innocence from the beginning, it wasn’t until 2013 that he was finally able to prove his innocence through DNA testing.”

https://www.innocenceproject.org/cases/k...oodsworth/

” Kirk Bloodsworth, a former Marine who had become a waterman on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, was the first person to be sentenced to death and then subsequently exonerated. He was 22-years-old at the time of his wrongful conviction and served nine years in prison before he was released.”

https://www.innocenceproject.org/cases/joseph-abbitt/

” Joseph Lamont Abbitt was exonerated on September 2, 2009 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, after serving 14 years in prison for crimes he did not commit. He was convicted in large part due to two eyewitness misidentifications, a contributing factor in 75 percent of wrongful convictions.”

https://www.innocenceproject.org/cases/kenneth-adams/

” In 1978, Kenneth Adams, along with three other men who are collectively now known as the “Ford Heights Four”, was wrongly convicted of rape and double homicide. Adams was sentenced to 75 years in prison; it took 18 years for DNA testing to exonerate him.”

https://www.innocenceproject.org/cases/steven-avery/
” Steven Avery, at the age of 22, was wrongfully convicted of rape. He spent almost twenty years in prison before being exonerated through DNA testing.”

https://www.innocenceproject.org/cases/bennett-barbour/

”In 1978, Bennett Barbour, a 22-year-old handyman whose wife was pregnant with their first child, was wrongly convicted of rape. He spent five years in prison, and nearly thirty years after he was paroled, DNA tests proved his innocence and implicated another man. Barbour was cleared by DNA testing performed by the Virginia Department of Forensic Science’s post-conviction testing project.”

If your point is that there are serious flaws in our criminal "justice" system, Chad, I couldn't possibly agree more.

The question we need to ask is why is it so easy for grandstanding district attorney's to convict the wrong person?

By "hard evidence" does Melania mean a videotape of someone confessing that he sexually assaults women by forcibly kissing them and grabbing them in the pussy? I assume that's the kind of evidence Melania Trump would find acceptable as proof of assault.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

She did say she is the most bullied person in the world.
But then she does have a famously abusive husband.

The US criminal justice system is very problematic and reform is desparately needed. At the same time false accusations of rape are not unique to the USA:

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/media...25627.html

“A mother-of-three was jailed for 18 months today for falsely claiming she had been abducted and raped because she was worried her husband would find out that she had a one-night stand.”

https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/08/2...84718.html

“Despite a lack of evidence in the trial, the judge took Coast’s word over Montgomery’s and sentenced the innocent man.”

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/engla...466096.stm

“Rosanne England, 21, cut and then tore her underwear and scratched her own face before telling police a masked stranger had entered her house. Derek Cummings, 59, who had never met England, was arrested because he fitted the description and had no alibi.”

https://www.heraldscotland.com/news/1318...ape-claim/

“Kelly Harwood, 43, had drunken consensual sex with the 30-year-old on a camp bed set up in her friend's kitchen. But she felt guilty when they stopped because she realised she had betrayed her friend. She called the police and lied to officers by claiming that she had been raped at the property in Aberdeen”

http://www.breakingworldnewstoday.com/20...b3197.html

“The woman of Clarksville, Tennessee, told police that she was sexually assaulted by the man. However, it turned out that she simply “did not like” the sex with him.”

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article...years.html

“Judge slams lying law graduate who claimed boyfriend raped her so she had an excuse for failing her exams as she is jailed for three and a half years”

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article...-jail.html

“As long ago as 2002, she admitted in a statement to police that she was ' seeking attention' from them.”
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article...-life.html

“31-year-old fantasist Linsey Attridge chanced upon a photograph of Philip and his then 14-year-old brother James and used it to back up a story she’d concocted. She’d done it, apparently, in order to win some sympathy with her boyfriend, when she feared his affections were waning.”

http://www.wfmz.com/news/berks/reading-p...d/19603187

“During a subsequent interview in June, however, Osiecki admitted to police that she made up the rape allegations against her former boyfriend because she wanted to get back at him for spreading rumors about her, according to court documents.”

IMHO the current political environment around sexual assualt with the admonitions to "Believe all survivors" etc. taints potential jury pools making false accusations more likely to result in convictions of innocent men. The criminal justice system is already in bad shape.

Yep, the quicker it can be reported and DNA evidence collected, the quicker some asshole can be caught.

To play devil advocate a smidge (and before I mention this, I am in no way condoning rape or anything of that nature) any crime should be reported generally, although obviously in this day and age, most know that evidence is needed to secure a conviction, so it "sort of" makes sense to say something like that "Don't report a crime unless you can prove it". In saying that, the education for women [and men] should be: As soon as you can report what has happened and seek help.

My understanding is that if DNA is still present (in the form of sperm or skin under the nails etc) this can be used/tested accordingly, but this isn't around forever. That along with visable injuries/signs of rape [which can be documented] will easily build the case for a full conviction of the person commiting these crimes.

Right now, many women are coming forward, and rightly so, about past experiences. We all understand that some women won't or can't tell their story for various different reasons, but if we as people and those coming out now can say "IF something like this happens, get it checked out NOW to make sure whoever did this gets caught and goes to prison, and possibly as importantly, doesn't do this to anybody else" then we can hopefully work towards a lower rate of such things occurring.

If I've offended anybody with anything I've said, that's 100% not my intention and please feel free to correct me accordingly.
It's untrue that many women are coming forward especially in this climate. The president of the united states berated and shamed Dr. Ford for coming forward. This sends a very clear message that if you report it, you will suffer.

I reported my rape immediately. I had a kit done. It was never processed. There was little to no physical evidence. Very very often, there is no physical evidence. If there is physical evidence, even eyewitnesses, the perpetrator is VERY rarely sentenced. If they are sentenced, it's often a slap on the wrist.

In a perfect world. But women are blamed, doubted, shamed, ridiculed for it. Even the POTUS does this.
